A special Valentine’s Day

On this special day we are offering you a wonderful vacation in a magical, warm loving passionate place called Calabriaadmiring the slow lifestylewhich is also becoming a perfect place for wedding destinations.

In Calabria, the city of Belvedere Marittimo is considerate the city of love because it has and guards the relics of Saint Valentine from 1700. Also PizzoCalabro, famous for its tartufo ice-cream captures the attention of lovers with its “alley of kisses” where you are obligated to kiss eachother.

A seven day trip dedicated to individual lovers or groups in February during the week of Valentine’s day, the two main cities are Belvedere Marittimo (Cosenza) and PizzoCalabro (VV).

Day 1
Transfer from Lamezia airport to the hotel or agritourism in the province of Cosenza, a spa day, dinner and overnight stay

Day 2
A guided tour of Cosenza, demonstration of how the traditional homemade pasta is made, lunch in the old part of the city; an afternoon stroll along the main strip of the city with its outdoor museum, return to the hotel or agritourism for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3
A visit to a wine cellar for wine and food tasting in Donnici Cosenza; a visit to a chocolate and sweet factory with tasting, back to the hotel or agritourism

Day 4
Visiting the villages of Morano Calabro and Altomonte and having a typical Italian lunch;

Day 5
Touring Tropea and PizzoCalabro where we can visit the alley of kisses and taste the famous tartufo ice-cream and lunch

Day 6
A tour of Belvedere Marittimo, the cloister where the relics of Saint Valentine are, lunch, a guided tour of Diamante, dinner and overnight stay in Diamante

Day 7
Leisure day at spa in hotel, lunch and transfer for a walk along the seafront and old part of the city.

Departure and transfer to airport
