VIA POPILIA TOUR Slow and sustainable tourism Slow tourism invites travelers to tourism at a reduced pace; one that is sustainable and responsible, and to discover new destinations from the traveler experience. It valorizes the local villages, the local history, culture, and typical products. The tourist-cultural project envisages a path along the ancient road consisting of the Via "ab Regio ad Capuam", better known as the Via Popilia, with particular reference to the areas of the Pollino, Savuto, Costa degli Dei and Costa Viola.
